摘　　要：移动护理信息系统是护士工作站在患者床边的扩展和延伸,以掌上电脑(PDA)为硬件平台,以无线局域网为传输交换信息平台,充分利用HIS的数据资源,实现了HIS向病房的扩展和数据的及时交换,极大地推动了医院的信息化建设和数字化发展趋势。它方便、快捷、小巧、便于携带、实用性强,保证了护理安全,提高了工作效率,规范了护理行为,增强了护理人员法制意识,提供了精准护理数据等。如何让信息化的优势为临床所用,护理管理者的认识和态度至关重要。该院2015年5月—2016年2月全院16个临床科室分批投入使用,此管理模式取得很好的效果,值得有意向开展的医院借鉴。The mobile nursing information system is an extension and expansion of the nurse workstation at the bedside of the patient,using a handheld computer(PDA)as the hardware platform and wireless local area network as the transmission and exchange information platform,making full use of the data resources of HIS and realizing the expansion and timely exchange of data of the HIS to the ward,which has greatly promoted the development trend of hospital informatization and digitalization.It is convenient,fast,compact,easy to carry,and has strong practicability.It guarantees nursing safety,improves work efficiency,regulates nursing behavior,enhances the legal awareness of nursing staff,and provides accurate nursing data.How to make the advantages of informatization available for clinical use,the knowledge and attitude of nursing managers are crucial.From May 2015 to February 2016,16 clinical departments in the hospital were put into use in batches.This management model has achieved good results and is worthy of reference for hospitals that intend to develop.
