摘　　要：对医疗大数据平台在医院科研工作中的实际应用做SWOT分析,为推动医疗大数据服务于医院工作提出科学合理的建议。以医渡云医疗大数据平台在某三甲医院的应用为案例,通过访谈法收集多方信息,利用SWOT模型做态势分析。优势为资源丰富,结构化管理,精细化管理;劣势为人才紧缺,数据收集难度大,数据整合度低;机会为政策支持,信息技术日新月异,科研需求的推动;威胁为管理不规范,可信度有待提升。建议为实行规范化管理,加强人才团队建设,合理完善平台功能,转变科研理念。To do a SWOT analysis of the actual application of the medical big data platform in the scientific research work of the hospital,and to provide scientific and reasonable suggestions for promoting the medical big data to serve the hospital work.Taking the application of the Yidu Cloud medical big data platform in a tertiary hospital as a case,collecting information from multiple parties through interviews,and using the SWOT model for situation analysis.Advantages is abundant resources,structured management,and refined management;disadvantages is shortage of talents,difficulty in data collection,low data integration;opportunities is policy support,rapid development of information technology,and promotion of scientific research needs;threats is irregular management,the credibility needs to be improved.Recommendations is implement standardized management,strengthen talent team building,rationally improve platform functions,and change scientific research concepts.
