三级护理教学管理模式在神经外科护理教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的探究于神经外科护理教学中开展三级护理教学管理模式临床应用价值分析。方法课题以该院神经外科为试点,以神经外科接收的护理实习生为客观分析对象,其中2018年5月神经外科共接收实习生40名,纳入传统组,实施常规护理教学管理模式,2019年5月神经外科接收的实习生42名,纳入研究组,实施三级护理教学管理模式。对比两组带教效果。结果研究组实习生于神经外科理论、临床操作、案例分析、团队协作等维度评估均显著高于传统组评估,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组实习生于护理教学管理内容、管理流程、带教老师评估、带教质量等维度评估均显著高于传统组评估,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于神经外科护理教学中开展三级护理教学管理模式,利于不断完善神经外科护理管理内容,培养高素质护理人才。Objective To explore the clinical application value analysis of the three-level nursing teaching management model in neurosurgery nursing teaching.Methods The subject was based on neurosurgery in the hospital,and the nursing interns accepted by neurosurgery were the objects of objective analysis.Among them,in May 2018,a total of 40 interns were accepted in neurosurgery and they were included in the traditional group and implemented the conventional nursing teaching management model.In May 2019,42 interns received in neurosurgery were included in the research group and implemented a tertiary nursing teaching management model.Compared the teaching effects of two groups.Results The dimensional assessments of the research group interns in neurosurgery theory,clinical operation,case analysis,teamwork,etc.were significantly higher than those of the traditional group evaluation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the research group interns in the nursing teaching management content evaluations such as management process,teacher evaluation,and quality of teacher teaching were significantly higher than those of the traditional group evaluation,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The development of a three-level nursing teaching management model in neurosurgery nursing teaching is conducive to continuously improving the content of neurosurgery nursing management,cultivating high-quality nursing talents.
