摘　　要：在药品零差率政策实施后,公立医院药学部如何实现药学学科的功能转型,在保障日常管理、药品调配满足临床药品供应工作之外,继续加强药学部学科建设、合理控制药占比,保证临床用药安全有效,更好地为患者提供药学服务等工作成为药学管理工作的重要组成部分。该文以新疆医科大学附属中医医院药学党支部为例,通过加强党建工作推动业务工作,从“强化政治理论学习,突出党支部教育功能”“踏实履行药学党支部书记第一责任人职责,发挥党支部战斗堡垒作用”“加强党支部内涵建设,提高党组织引领质量”3个方面介绍药学党支部探索基层党建工作与业务工作融合的经验与总结,为促进公立医院药学部良性发展提供思路。After the implementation of the drug zero markup policy,how does the pharmacy department of public hospitals realize the functional transformation of the pharmacy discipline,and continue to strengthen the discipline construction of the pharmacy department,and rationally control the proportion of drugs,ensuring the safety and effectiveness of clinical medications and providing better pharmaceutical care for patients has become an important part of pharmaceutical management.This article takes the Pharmaceutical Party Branch of the Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University as an example,and promotes business work by strengthening the party building work.From"strengthening the study of political theory,highlighting the educational function of the party branch""really fulfilling the duties of the first responsible person of the pharmacy party branch secretary,and giving full play to the role of the party branch as a fighting fortress""strengthening the connotation construction of the party branch and improving the quality of the party organization",it introduces the experience and summary of the pharmacy party branch exploring the integration of grassroots party building work and business work,and provides ideas for promoting the healthy development of the pharmacy department of public hospitals.
