摘　　要：目的分析重庆市药品监督管理局近4年发布的违法药品广告,旨在为相关部门有效治理违法药品广告提供参考。方法从违法药品广告的刊播媒介类型、违法广告的药品类型以及违法被反复查处情况等4个方面,对2015—2018年重庆市药品监督管理局公布的《违法药品广告公告》进行分析。结果电视、广播等媒介发布药品广告得到控制,报纸等印刷品是药品广告违法的重灾区。中成药广告违法率高居不下。近3年药品广告违法情形相对减少,内容更为集中。反复违法次数明显减少。结论根治违法药品广告需要政府与社会的共同努力。Objective To analyze the illegal drug advertisements issued by the Chongqing Drug Administration in the past four years,aiming to provide reference for relevant departments to effectively control illegal drug advertisements.Methods From 2015 to 2018,the"Illegal Drug Advertisement Announcement"published by Chongqing Drug Administration from 2015 to 2018 was analyzed from four aspects:the type of publication media of illegal drug advertisements,the type of illegal drugs,and the repeated investigation and punishment of illegal drugs.Results The publication of pharmaceutical advertisements by media such as television and radio were controlled,and printed materials such as newspapers were the hardest hit areas for illegal pharmaceutical advertisements.The illegal rate of proprietary Chinese medicine advertisements remains high.In the past three years,illegal drug advertisements have been relatively reduced and the content has become more concentrated.The number of repeated violations has been significantly reduced.Conclusion The eradication of illegal drug advertising requires the joint efforts of the government and society.
