肺炎支原体肺炎患儿免疫球蛋白、补体检测的临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)患儿采用免疫球蛋白、补体检测的临床价值。方法便利选择2019年1—12月该院收治的40例MPP患儿为观察组,择期同期40名健康儿童为对照组,接受免疫球蛋白、补体检测,两组检测结果比较。结果①观察组IgA值急性期(0.72±0.24)g/L、恢复期(1.01±0.35)g/L均低于对照组(1.58±0.37)g/L;观察组急性期IgG值(7.37±0.03)g/L低于对照组(7.42±0.04)g/L,恢复期IgG值(10.04±3.47)g/L高于对照组(7.42±0.04)g/L;观察组IgM值急性期(1.75±0.64g)/L、恢复期(1.37±0.51)g/L高于对照组(1.12±0.59)g/L,观察组C3值急性期(1.91±0.42)g/L、恢复期(1.35±0.12)g/L高于对照组(1.26±0.14)g/L,观察组C4值急性期(0.45±0.17)g/L、恢复期(0.37±0.14)g/L高于对照组(0.32±0.15)g/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②不同病情:与重型比较,轻型、对照组的IgA值较高,轻型较对照组低;与重型比较,轻型、对照组的IgM值较低,轻型较对照组高;重型IgG、C3及C4值高于轻型、对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论免疫球蛋白、补体检测能评定MPP患儿疾病分期、严重程度,值得推崇。Objective To study the clinical value of immunoglobulin and complement tests in children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia(MPP).Methods From January to December 2019,40 children with MPP admitted to the hospital were convenient selected as the observation group,and 40 healthy children during the same period were selected as the control group.They received immunoglobulin and complement tests.The results of the two groups were compared.Results 1.IgA values in the acute phase(0.72±0.24)g/L and recovery phase(1.01±0.35)g/L of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(1.58±0.37)g/L;the acute phase IgG value of the observation group was(7.37±0.03)g/L,lower than the control group(7.42±0.04)g/L,the recovery phase IgG value(10.04±3.47)g/L was higher than the control group(7.42±0.04)g/L;the observation group in the acute phase(1.75±0.64)g/L,recovery phase(1.37±0.51)g/L IgM value was higher than the control group(1.12±0.59)g/L,the observation group's acute phase(1.91±0.42)g/L,recovery phase(1.35±0.12)g/L C3 value was higher than the control group(1.26±0.14)g/L,the C4 value of observation group in acute phase(0.45±0.17)g/L and recovery phase(0.37±0.14)g/L was higher than that of control group by(0.32±0.15)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Different conditions compared with the heavy type,the IgA value of the light type and the control group was higher,and the light type was lower than the control group;compared with the heavy type,the IgM value of the light type and the control group was lower,and the light type was higher than the control group;the heavy IgG,C3 and C4 values were higher than the light type,control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Immunoglobulin and complement tests can assess the stage and severity of diseases in children with MPP,and are worthy of praise.
