宫腔镜下息肉钳夹取与定位后诊刮治疗子宫内膜息肉疗效分析研究

摘　　要：目的探析子宫内膜息肉患者在宫腔镜下行息肉钳夹取术与定位后诊刮术疗效分析研究。方法方便选取84例2018年1月—2020年1月在该院治疗的子宫内膜息肉患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与试验组,每组42例。对照组采用宫腔镜下定位后诊刮术治疗,试验组采用宫腔镜下息肉钳夹取术治疗,对比两组治疗效果、手术相关指标及并发症发生情况。结果针对治疗效果而言,试验组总有效率明显高于对照组,分别为95.24%、80.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.090,P<0.05);针对手术相关指标来说,试验组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间分别为(20.34±2.67)min、(18.97±2.16)mL、(4.13±0.35)d,对照组数据分别为(28.61±2.78)min、(24.58±2.51)mL、(5.45±0.42)d,差异有统计学意义(t=13.900、10.980、15.650,P<0.05);在并发症发生率上,试验组明显低于对照组,分别为2.38%、19.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.480,P<0.05)。结论子宫内膜息肉患者应用宫腔镜下息肉钳夹取术进行治疗,具有创伤小、出血量少、术后恢复快、并发症发生率低等优势。Objective To analyze the curative effect of polyp clamp and curettage after hysteroscope in patients with endometrial polyps.Methods A total of 84 patients with endometrial polyps who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a test group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with post-diagnostic curettage under hysteroscope,and the test group was treated with hysteroscopic polyp clamp.The treatment effect,operation-related indicators and complications of the two groups were compared.Results In terms of the treatment effect,the total effective rate of the test group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The data were 95.24%and 80.95%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.090,P<0.05);for the operation-related indicators,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,and hospital stay in the test group were(20.34±2.67)min,(18.97±2.16)mL,and(4.13±0.35)d,respectively.The data in the control group were(28.61±2.78)min and(24.58±2.51)mL,(5.45±0.42)d,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.900,10.980,15.650,P<0.05);in terms of complication rate,the test group was significantly lower than the control group,the data were 2.38%,19.05%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=4.480,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of hysteroscopic polyp clamp surgery for endometrial polyps has the advantages of less trauma,less bleeding,faster recovery after surgery,and low complication rate.It is worthy of in-depth clinical research and popularization.
