以人为本的护理模式在无偿献血过程中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究以人为本的护理模式在无偿献血过程中的应用效果。方法在该文研究中方便选取无偿献血者作为研究对象,460名献血时间在2019年1—3月,按采血先后顺序分为观察组245名以及对照组215名,分别采取两种不同的护理方式,以人为本的护理模式方式与常规护理方式,分析并且对比两组不良反应发生率、满意度。结果观察组不良反应发生率0.82%(血管迷走神经反应1例,穿刺部位出血1例)低于对照组5.12%(血管迷走神经反应5例、穿刺部位出血4例、疼痛1例、局部炎症1例),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.710,P<0.05);观察组满意度100.00%高于对照组89.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=27.589,P<0.05)。结论通过在无偿献血过程中实施以人为本的护理模式,不仅能降低献血者的献血不良反应,还能提高满意度,更有效保障献血者的健康。Objective To study the application effect of people-oriented nursing model in the process of unpaid blood donation.Methods In this study,460 cases unpaid blood donors were conveniently selected as the research object from January to March 2019.According to the order of blood collection,they were divided into observation group 245 cases and 215 cases in the control group.Analyzed and compared the incidence of adverse reactions and satisfaction between the two groups of nursing methods,human-oriented nursing mode and conventional nursing methods.Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 0.82%(1 case of vasovagal reaction and 1 case of bleeding at the puncture site)lower than 5.12%of the control group(5 cases of vasovagal reaction,4 cases of bleeding at the puncture site,1 case of pain,1 case of local inflammation),the difference was statistically significant(χ2=7.710,P<0.05);the satisfaction degree of the observation group was 100.00%higher than that of the control group 89.30%,the difference was statistically significant(χ2=27.589,P<0.05).Conclusion By implementing a human-centered nursing model in the process of unpaid blood donation,it can not only reduce the adverse reactions of blood donors,but also improve satisfaction and protect the health of blood donors more effectively.
