浅谈综合医院党组织在危机管理中的作用

摘　　要：党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒,根据党组织的职责、政治建设,党员义务等得出综合医院的基层党组织需要积极参与医院的危机管理。该文通过基层党组织在医院危机管理中的作用,认为党组织通过明确功能定位,配合医院的应急管理工作,树立榜样典型,营造稳定积极的工作氛围,开设主题党课,开展灵活多样党员活动,积极履行职责,防控财务岗位廉政风险、配合同级纪委监督、规范权力职责与执纪问责等活动积极发挥自身作用,配合医院行政管理体系共同完成危机管理工作。The party's grassroots organizations are the party's battle bastion in the grassroots organizations of society.According to the party organization's responsibilities,political construction,and the obligations of party members,it is concluded that the grassroots party organizations of general hospitals need to actively participate in the crisis management of the hospital.Based on the role of primary party organizations in hospital crisis management,this article believes that party organizations should clarify their functional positioning,cooperate with hospital emergency management,set an example,create a stable and positive working atmosphere,set up theme party classes,and carry out flexible and diverse party member activities,perform duties,prevent and control the risk of integrity in financial positions,cooperate with the supervision of the discipline inspection committee at the same level,standardize powers and responsibilities,and perform discipline and accountability activities to actively play its own role,and cooperate with the hospital administrative management system to jointly complete crisis management.
