摘 要:目的探析屏障技术在消毒供应中心眼科显微器械集中处理中的应用效果。方法于2018年1—6月将屏障技术运用于眼科显微器械的质量管理,对比实施屏障技术前后眼科显微器械的损坏率,以及眼科医生、护士对消毒供应中心眼科显微器械再生处理质量的满意度。结果观察组眼科显微器械损坏率为0.49%显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组眼科显微器械临床使用满意度为100.00%显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对眼科显微器械管理运用屏障技术管理模式,既提高了消毒供应中心人员处理眼科显微器械的能力,又保证了眼科显微器械处理质量;显微器械的完好率及临床满意度均得到明显提高,同时有保障了眼科手术的安全性。Objective To explore the application effect of barrier technology in the centralized treatment of ophthalmic microscopy instruments in the disinfection supply center.Methods From January to June 2018,the barrier technology was applied to the quality management of ophthalmology micro-devices to compare the damage rate of ophthalmology micro-devices before and after the implementation of barrier technology,as well as the quality satisfaction score of ophthalmologists and nurses on the regenerative treatment quality of ophthalmology micro-devices in the disinfection supply center.Results The damage rate of ophthalmic microscopy devices in the observation at 0.49%was significantly better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);the satisfaction of clinical use of ophthalmic microscopy devices was 100.00%,significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of barrier technology management mode for the management of ophthalmic microscopy devices not only improves the ability of disinfection supply center personnel to handle ophthalmic microscopy devices,but also ensures the processing quality of ophthalmology microscopy devices;the integrity rate and clinical satisfaction of the microscopy devices had been significantly improved,while ensuring the safety of eye surgery.
