摘  要:电源系统是兰州重离子加速器(Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou,HIRFL)装置中的重要系统组成之一,成千上百台电源输出电流的稳定性与精确性直接影响束流的品质。为了保证HIRFL束流的准确性和一致性,需要对分布在主环、实验环上100余台高精度数字化脉冲电源进行标定校准。本文主要介绍了一种高精度数字化电源脉冲标定系统的硬件组成、软件架构、标定算法以及数据处理方法,给出了标定结果。实际标定结果显示,标定之后的标准输出电流值精度提高了一个数量级,回读值精度提高了两个数量级以上,表明该方法能够有效地提高HIRFL高精度数字化脉冲电源的输出电流精度和回读精度。[Background]The power supply system is one of the important systems of heavy ion research facility in Lanzhou(HIRFL).The stability and accuracy of its current directly affect the quality of beam,hence it is necessary to calibrate the DC Current Transducer(DCCT)of approximately 100 high precision digital pulse power supplies on the the main cooling storage ring(CSRm)and the experimental cooling storage ring(CSRe).[Purpose]This study aims to establish a digital power supply pulse calibration system for all those power supplies to ensure the accuracy and consistency of HIRFL beam.[Methods]Based on the principal of pulse calibration algorithm,a current calibration system of high precision digital power supply was proposed.The hardware composition,software architecture,calibration algorithm and data processing method of the system were described in details.The given coefficient and the read coefficient were obtained according to the analysis,processing and calculation of the collected current data.[Results]The calibration results show that the accuracy of standard output current is improved by one order of magnitude,and the accuracy of read back value is improved by more than two orders of magnitude.[Conclusions]Current calibration method proposed in this study can effectively ensure the output current accuracy and the read current accuracy of the high precision digital pulse power supply.
