摘  要:钍基熔盐固态仿真堆(Thorium Molten Salt Reactor-Solid Fuel,TMSR-SF0)的运行控制和安全保护功能分别由基于实验物理与工业控制系统(Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System,EPICS)的分布式控制系统和基于现场可编程逻辑门阵列(Field Programmable Gate Array,FPGA)的保护系统独立实现。由于保护系统是为保障反应堆最终安全而设置的系统,是反应堆控制系统中最重要的组成部分,对于堆的安全运行非常重要。因此,如何将这两个系统整合起来并满足核电人因工程的规范要求是反应堆安全运行的必要条件。本文采用基于EPICS平台的S7plc驱动程序,通过对输入输出控制器(Input/Output Controller,IOC)的搭建、S7plc驱动配置、IOC实时数据库设计、人机界面开发及系统测试,实现控制系统与保护系统的整合并使之满足核电人因工程的要求;同时TMSR-SF0控制系统需要与保护系统串口设备实时通讯,准确、实时、稳定地读取并处理串口设备发送的数据,最终实现对保护系统数据的实时监控。经过运行测试表明,基于EPICS平台的S7plc驱动程序与保护系统自定义的通讯协议的通讯方案可作为TMSR-SF0控制系统和保护系统之间通讯的实施方案,能够满足TMSR-SF0控制系统要求的所有技术指标,并可为仪控行业中类似的通讯设计提供参考和借鉴。[Background]The operation control and safety protection functions of thorium molten salt reactor-solid fuel(TMSR-SF0)are independently implemented by the distributed control system based on experimental physics and industrial control system(EPICS)and a protection system based on field programmable gate array(FPGA).Since the protection system is set up to ensure the ultimate safety of the reactor,it is the most important part of the reactor control system for the safe operation of the reactor.Therefore,it is compulsory for integrating these two systems to meet the regulatory requirements of nuclear power human factors engineering.[Purpose]This study aims to realize the real-time communication between the protection system and control system for TMSR-SF0.[Methods]A distributed control system based on EPICS was designed and implemented to communicate with the protection system.The communication scheme between TMSR-SF0 control system and protection system was designed via the S7plc driver based on EPICS platform,and implemented by constructing the software input/output controller(IOC),configuring S7plc driver,designing IOC real-time database,developing the man-machine interface.Control system studio(CSS)was adopted to implement the display of communication scheme,and communication scheme was tested systematically by pre-set experiments.[Results]The test results show that the TMSR-SF0 control system can stably communicate with the serial device of the protection system for accurate data acquisition in real-time through this proposed communication scheme,satisfying all technical indexes and requirements of TMSR-SF0 control system.[Conclusions]The communication scheme of the S7plc driver based on the EPICS platform and the communication protocol defined by protection system can be used to implement scheme for communication between the TMSR-SF0 control system and the protection system,providing reference for similar communication design.
