“海丝之路”沿线中国原油进口海运网络货流分布格局脆弱性分析

摘　　要：根据全球船舶自动识别系统数据,提取中国从海上丝绸之路沿线港口进口原油的货流联系,并以此构建原油海运网络,利用显著流分析法和赫芬达尔-赫希曼指数计算中国进口原油海运网络货流分布格局的脆弱性。结果表明:中国从海上丝绸之路沿线的进口原油海运货流具有不均匀分布的特点,呈现明显的区域集聚现象。尽管中国同海上丝绸之路沿线范围内的多数港口都存在货流联系,但主要联系仅依靠各海运区域内的少数核心港口,且区域货流分布脆弱度与集中度呈正相关。总体上看,在中国从海上丝绸之路沿线的进口原油海运货流中,各海运区域的货流分布格局与中国区域相比更为脆弱,且脆弱度由东向西呈“低-中-高”分布。Based on the data of Automatic Identification System(AIS),this paper extracts some relations of maritime freight of imported crude oil between China and the ports along Maritime Silk Road,and constructs shipping network of crude oil to analyze the vulnerability of the cargo flow distribution pattern of the imported crude oil shipping network by the significant flow analysis method and the Herfindahl-Hirschman index(HHI).The result shows as follows:①The cargo flow distribution of the imported crude oil shipping along China and Maritime Silk Road is inhomogeneous and presents the obvious phenomenon of regional agglomeration.②Although China has cargo flow relations with most ports within the area of Maritime Silk Road,the main links depend on a few core ports in each maritime area and the vulnerability of regional cargo flow distribution is positively correlated with regional cargo concentration.③As a whole,in cargo flow distribution of the imported crude oil shipping along China and Maritime Silk Road,the distribution pattern of the eight major shipping areas is more fragile than that of the Chinese region and the vulnerability is“low-middle-high”along the east to the west.
