摘  要:针对传统回转窑焚烧炉实际运行中存在的窑内结焦、污染物排放超标、焚烧残余物热灼减率高等问题,提出了一种新型气化式回转窑焚烧技术,该技术采用中低温气化后高温焚烧的设计原理。实际工程应用表明,气化式回转窑焚烧技术解决了传统回转窑存在的问题,污染物排放优于环保排放标准中的限值,焚烧残余物热灼减率小于3%。Aiming at the problems of coking in the kiln,excessive pollutant emission,and high ignition loss rate of incineration residue in the actual operation of the traditional rotary kiln,a new gasification rotary kiln incineration technology was proposed.The design principle of first low-temperature gasification followed by high-temperature incineration is adopted,the actual operating engineering case shows that the gasification rotary kiln technology solves the problem in the traditional rotary kiln,the pollutant emissions meet and exceed the limits in the environmental protection emission standards,the ignition loss rate of incineration residue is less than 3%.
