摘 要:针对我国金属非金属矿山深井开采中通风系统普遍存在的通风不足问题,提出了深井环境下应用基于大风流综合净化技术的可控循环通风系统。分析了可控循环通风的技术特性,设计了大风流综合净化方案,将其应用于承德某铜矿,对实际风量进行了测定和分析,并建立了对比加权综合标度指数评价模型,对循环风质进行了安全等级评定,最后进行了节能分析。结果表明:应用可控循环通风系统增加了井下的有效风量,矿井空气质量等级为II级,属于“较安全”的级别。基于大风流综合净化技术的可控循环通风系统可较好地实现净化降尘、增风降温、节能降耗的目标,极大地改善了矿井气候条件和井下作业环境,是一种经济合理地解决通风不足难题的方法。Aiming at the problem of insufficient ventilation in deep mining of metal and nonmetal mines in China,a controlled circulation ventilation system based on comprehensive purification technology of large air flow is proposed.The technical characteristics of the controlled circulation ventilation are analyzed,and a comprehensive purification scheme for large air flow is designed.It was applied to a copper mine in Chengde to measure and analyze the actual air volume.The contrast weighted comprehensive scale index evaluation model is established to evaluate the safety level of circulating air quality,and then the energy saving analysis is carried out.The results show that the application of the controlled circulation ventilation system increases the effective air volume in the mine,and the mine air quality grade is Class II,which belongs to the"Relatively Safe"level.The controlled circulation ventilation system based on comprehensive purification technology of large air flow can better achieve the goals of purification and dust reduction,air volume increase and temperature reduction,energy conservation and consumption reduction,greatly improve the mine climate conditions and underground working environment,so it is an economical and reasonable method to solve the problem of insufficient ventilation.
