摘  要:文章用自行研发的注水系统的共注塑机对内切圆半径相同的五种截面型腔进行水辅助共注射成型实验,主要探究型腔截面状况、各类工艺参数以及各层残留壁厚穿透率,总结相关影响规律,并科学分析其结构机理。在实验中发现,内层熔体的穿透截面趋于型腔截面形状,截面轮廓更为圆滑;而水的穿透截面总趋于圆形;内层熔体和水的穿透率均随着截面圆率的增大而增加,且呈线性关系;实验最小残留壁厚和最小内层残留壁厚均与截面圆率成正比例关系,整体数据逐渐增大;最大总残留壁厚和最大内层残留壁厚均随内切圆圆心到壁面的最大距离的增大而增大;内层熔体和水的穿透率也成正比例关系,注水压力随注水延迟时间的延长而变小,随内层熔体流率的增大而变大,随内层熔体温度的升高而变大。这些发现为水辅助共注塑制品截面设计及工艺参数调节提供了参考。In this paper, the water-assisted coinjection molding experiment is carried out on five types of section cavities with the same radius of the internal tangent circle through the self-developed water injection system of coinjection molding machine. The section condition of cavity, various technological parameters and penetration rates of residual wall thickness of each layer are explored to summarize the relevant influencing laws and analyze the structural mechanism scientifically. It is found in the experiment that the section of the inner melt tends to the shape of the section cavity and the section contour is more smooth. The penetration section of water tends to be round. The penetration rate of inner melt and water increases with the increase of section circular rate, and the relationship is linear. Both the minimum residual wall thickness and the minimum inner wall thickness are proportional to the section circular ratio, and the overall data increases gradually. The maximum total residual wall thickness and the maximum inner residual wall thickness increase with the increase of the maximum distance from the center of the tangential circle to the wall. The penetration rate of inner melt and water is also in direct proportion. The water injection pressure decreases with the extension of water injection delay time, and increases with the increase of inner melt flow rate and inner melt temperature. These findings provide reference for section design and process parameter adjustment of water-assisted coinjection products.
