摘　　要：班组作为基层管理组织,是企业稳定、可持续发展的宝贵财富,班组人员的思想往往会影响其行为。基于此,在新时代背景下,造纸企业必须加快班组思想政治工作的创新步伐,坚持解放思想,积极探索班组思想政治工作的新途径和新方法,切实做好班组思想政治工作,提高班组人员的思想政治素质,从而促进企业的良好发展。As a grassroots management organization, the teams are the precious wealth of stable and sustainable development of enterprise. The thoughts of team members often affect their behaviors. Based on this, papermaking enterprise must accelerate the pace of ideological and political work and adhere to emancipate their mind in the background of new era. It should explore new ways and new methods of the ideological and political team work actively and do it well, so as to improve the ideological and political quality of the crew and promote the sound development of the enterprise.
