摘  要:蜂产品对人体健康有多种有益功效,但是我国人均蜂产品消费量却不高,除了消费习惯外,消费者对蜂产品特性不了解,以及蜂产品负面信息的过度传播也是重要原因。通过问卷调查分析得出消费者对蜂产品的认知水平较低,对蜂产品质量安全的总体评价不高,消费者的家庭蜂产品消费量较少且消费者的消费习惯与优质蜂产品的供给不匹配,并提出促进蜂产品质量提升的相关政策建议。Bee products have many benefits to human,but our bee products consumption per capita is not much,except consumption habits,consumers are not familiar with characteristics of bee products,and negative information of bee products disseminate excessively are also important reasons.Through a questionnaire survey,the paper get that consumers*cognitive level of bee products was low,they had a low opinion of quality safety of bee products,and their consumption of bee products was little,their consumption habits are not matched with the supply of high quality bee products.It raised some policy suggestion on quality promotion of bee products.
