摘  要:本文采用数值求解RANS方程的方法对带前置定子导管桨进行了数值模拟,计算了非均匀来流下带前置定子导管桨的非定常力,研究了来流周期数和转定子叶数对带前置定子导管桨转子非定常力的影响规律。结果表明:转子的非定常力主要由转子的进流决定;转子的进流同时受到非均匀来流和定子叶片数的影响;高周期数的非均匀来流诱导的非定常侧向力幅度要小于相同脉动幅度的低周期数的非均匀来流诱导的非定常侧向力幅度;转定子叶数要适配以减小转子的非定常力。本文的研究结果可为低激振导管桨设计及其非定常力特性分析提供基础。Unsteady forces of the ducted propeller with a pre-swirl stator in a non-uniform flow were simulat⁃ed based on RANS method.The influence of the blade number and non-uniformity of the inflow with differ⁃ent harmonic components on the unsteady force of the rotor is analyzed.It is shown that the unsteady force of the rotor is determined by the inflow of the rotor,which is affected by both the non-uniformity of the ducted propeller inflow and the number of stator blades.For the two kinds of non-uniform inflows having different harmonic components but with the same pulsation amplitudes,the unsteady lateral force amplitude caused by the one with higher order harmonic component is smaller than that caused by the other one.The blade num⁃bers of stator and rotor should be carefully determined in order to minimize the unsteady forces of the rotor.
