摘　　要：海洋经济是中国国民经济的重要组成部分,发挥海洋经济在“一带一路”建设中的积极作用对中国建设海洋强国具有重要意义。运用MS(M)-VAR(p)模型,考察“一带一路”倡议对中国海洋经济发展的影响,研究发现,“一带一路”倡议对中国海洋经济的发展有显著的正向促进作用,且自“一带一路”倡议提出后,这种正向影响逐年增大。另外,劳动力因素、科技因素、产业规模、产业结构都是显著影响中国海洋经济发展的重要因素。为更好地推动中国海洋经济发展,应加强人才队伍建设,增加海洋劳动力投入;发挥“一带一路”倡议的优势,提高海洋科技发展水平;推进“一带一路”区域合作,扩大海洋产业规模;面向“一带一路”倡议的贸易需求,优化海洋产业结构。The marine economy is an important component of China's national economy,and it is of great significance for China to play an active role in the construction of the Belt and Road.Using the MS(M)-Var(p)model,this paper examines the impact of the Belt and Road Initiative on the development of China's marine economy.It is found that the Belt and Road Initiative has a significant positive effect on the development of China's marine economy,and the positive effect has increased year by year since the Belt and Road Initiative was put forward.In addition,labor factors,scientific and technological factors,industrial scale,industrial structure are all important factors that can significantly affect the development of China's marine economy.To better promote the development of China's marine economy,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of talent team,increase input of marine labor force give full play to the advantages of the Belt and Road Initiative,improve the development level of marine science and technology,advance regional cooperation in the Belt and Road area,expand the scale of marine industry,optimize the structure of marine industry in the face of the trade demand of the Belt and Road Initiative.
