松软煤层上山巷道破坏特征与围岩控制方法

摘　　要：针对范各庄矿3281上山巷道松软煤层地质条件下变形严重问题,通过表面位移观测对其破坏特点进行分析,发现其底鼓剧烈,帮部变形大,且表现为明显的不对称变形,正帮变形大于副帮。同时利用钻孔窥视仪对帮部围岩破坏情况进行探测,探测结果显示帮部破坏严重,最大破坏范围可达3.6 m。为研究3281上山巷道破坏机理,基于弹性力学建立巷道模型,并分别对不同围岩条件下巷道破坏范围和变形量进行分析,数据表明,在该地质条件下,围岩为煤时,塑性区范围和变形量均较大,且提高支护强度,对煤的控制效果最明显。依据巷道破坏特点及理论分析结果,提出对上山巷道采用注浆锚索加固的补强支护方案。Aiming at the serious deformation problem in the soft coal seam of 3281 uphill roadway in a mine,the damage characteristics were analyzed by surface displacement observation,and it was found that its bottom drum was severe,the deformation of the upper part was large,and it showed obvious asymmetric deformation,and the positive deformation was greater than Deputy help.At the same time,the borehole peeping instrument was used to detect the damage of the surrounding rock of the gang,and the detection results showed that the dam was severely damaged,and the maximum damage range could reach 3.6 m.In order to study the failure mechanism of the 3281 uphill roadway,a roadway model was established based on elastic mechanics,and the damage range and deformation of the roadway under different surrounding rock conditions were analyzed.The data shows that under this geological condition,when the surrounding rock is coal,the plastic zone range And the amount of deformation are large,and the supporting strength is improved,and the control effect on coal is most obvious.According to the destruction characteristics of tunnels and the results of theoretical analysis,a grouting anchor cable is adopted to reinforce the supporting scheme for the uphill tunnels.
