摘  要:为高效利用白云鄂博西矿矿床与岩石交界处蕴含的大量16%~18%超低品位含铁岩,降低矿石开采拉运成本,延长矿山服务年限,针对该超低品位含铁岩进行了常规破碎多粒级预选工艺试验及高压辊磨产品预选试验研究。研究得出,该类含铁岩无论采用常规破碎抛尾还是高压辊磨后抛尾,均可将含铁岩处理到常见磁铁矿选矿厂入磨原矿的磁性铁含量水平(全铁品位达到23%),但含铁岩辊磨产品干选效果要优于常规破碎产品干选效果。In order to high efficiently use a large number of 16%~18%ultra-low grade iron-bearing rocks at the junction of ore and rock in Bayan Obo Western Mine,reduce the cost of ore mining and transportation,and extend the service life of the mine,the conventional crushing multi-grade pre-concentration process test and high pressure grinding roller product pre-concentration test were carried out for the ultra-low grade iron-bearing rocks.The results show that the iron bearing rock can be treated to the level of magnetic iron content(total iron grade reaches 23%)of the common magnetite concentrator,no matter whether the iron bearing rock is treated by conventional crushing and tailings discarding or high-pressure roller grinding after tailings discarding,but the dry separation effect of the iron bearing rock product by roller grinding is better than that by conventional crushing product.
