摘　　要：矿井大型设备运行故障极易引发事故,为尽快介入事故处置,当设备运行工况异常时能及时预警,需建立一套运行工况监测装置。根据电气控制原理,设计使用了有源式开环控制系统,采用多组继电器并联控制方式,实现多台设备并联、独立、交叉运行时开停、温度等工况监测,具备异常工况报警及保护停机功能。该装置技术开放性、兼容性和经济适用的特性表明,无需昂贵的传感器、PLC控制器即可实现设备运行工况监测。Operation failure of large equipment in coal mine is easy to cause accidents,In order to intervene in accident disposal as soon as possible and give early warning in case of abnormal operation condition of equipment,we need to establish a set of operation condition monitoring device.According to the principle of electrical control,we design and use the active open-loop control system,This system has the functions of alarm and protection shutdown under abnormal conditions through monitoring the start and stop,temperature and other working conditions of multiple equipment in parallel,independent and cross operation.this technical openness,compatibility and economic applicability show that the monitoring of equipment operation condition can be realized without expensive sensors and PLC controllers.
