摘　　要：我国素有农业大国之称,农业人口超过七成,将城乡统筹就业工作做好,特别是农村劳动力的就业工作,对科学发展观的落实、和谐社会的构建以及全面建设小康社会极为有利。城乡统筹就业,即立足于市场经济规律的要求,将体制性、制度性障碍彻底消除,实施城乡劳动力择业自由,毫无限制地在区域和行业之间自由流动,使城乡一体化目标顺利实现。这是我国就业方针和就业制度的根本性转变,是一场深刻变革,值得我们深思和积极应对。对此,本文主要阐述了城乡统筹就业的含义,同时立足于城乡统筹就业的重要意义,对我国城乡统筹就业对策进行了探讨,以供参考。China is known as a big agricultural country,with an agricultural population of over 70%,and doing a good job of urban and rural overall employment,especially the employment of rural labor,is extremely beneficial to the implementation of the scientific development concept,the construction of a harmonious society,and the comprehensive construction of a well-off society..Urban and rural overall employment,based on the requirements of the market economy,completely eliminates institutional and institutional obstacles,implements urban and rural labor freedom to choose jobs,and freely flows between regions and industries without restrictions,so that the goal of urban and rural integration can be smoothly achieved.This is a fundamental change in my country’s employment policy and employment system,and it is a profound change that deserves our thought and active response.In this regard,this article mainly elaborates the meaning of urban-rural integrated employment,and based on the importance of urban-rural integrated employment,discusses the countermeasures of urban-rural integrated employment in my country for reference.
