摘　　要：目的系统整合心血管病患者对发病风险沟通真实体验的质性研究。方法计算机检索PubMed、Web of Science,PsycINFO.CINAHL.Cochrane Library、中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)及万方数据库等,检索时限从建库至2020年2月,主题为心血管病患者发病风险沟通体验的质性研究。采用澳大利亚JBI(Joanna Briggs Institute)质性研究质量评价标准评价文献质量,运用Meta整合方法对结果进行汇总分析。结果最终共纳人12篇研究,其中A级.5篇.B级7篇,提炼出23个研究结果,归纳成3个整合结果,即风险沟通无效信息特征(含3个类别)、风险沟通感受及应对(含3个类别),风险沟通需求及期望(含4个类别)。结论专业人员在开展心血管病发病风险沟通时应充分考虑语言、形式、时间、角色、态度及信任关系等对沟通效果的直接或间接影响。Objective To synthesize qultative studies on patients' experiences of cardiovascular discases recurrence risk com-munication.Methds PubMed,Web of Saience,PsycINFO,CINAF H,Cochrane Library,CNKI and WNFANG databases were searched from inception to February 2020,qualitative studies related to cardivascular risk communication were olledJBI Checklist for Qnl-itative Research was used for quality asessment and meta synthesis was conducted.Rsults A total of 12 studies(5of A level and 7of B level)were induded,23 synthesized findings were grouped according to their similarities to form 3 integrated results:character-istics of invalid risk communication information,risk communication experience and coping strategies,and risk communication prefer-ence.Conclusions Professionals should arefully consider the direct or indirect influence of language,form,time,olettudle and trust relationship on the effectiveness of communication when carrying out cardiovascular discase risk communication.
