芳香运脾方结合小儿推拿疗法治疗小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探究芳香运脾方结合小儿推拿疗法治疗小儿厌食症脾胃气虚证的临床疗效。方法选取安顺市妇幼保健院中西医结合科、儿科、儿童保健科就诊的符合纳入标准的脾胃气虚证厌食症患儿80例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例。对照组口服醒脾养儿颗粒进行治疗,观察组采用芳香运脾方加减结合小儿推拿疗法进行治疗。观察2组患儿治疗前后体重、体质指数(BMI)、中医症候积分变化以及疗效和复发情况。结果治疗后观察组患儿体重、BMI均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组有效率(92.5%)高于对照组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿主要症候积分、次要症候积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访观察发现观察组复发率为18.9%,低于对照组(50.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芳香运脾方结合小儿推拿疗法能有效改善厌食症脾胃气虚证患儿中医症候,具有疗效好、复发率低的特点。Objective To explore the clinical effectiveness of Fragrant Yunpi decoction combined with infantile tuina therapy in the treatment of infantile anorexia with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency.Methods A total of 80 anorexia children with spleen and stomach Qi deficiency who were admitted into Departments of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine,Pediatrics,and Child Healthcare,Anshun Maternal and Child Care Hospital and met the inclusion criteria were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups(n=40):an observation group and a control group.The control group was orally administered with Xingpi Yanger Granules,while the observation group was treated with Fragrant Yunpi decoction combined with infantile tuina therapy.Both groups were compared for their changes in body weight,body mass index(BMI),traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,effectiveness and recurrence before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the observation group presented remarkable increases in weight and BMI,compared with the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate was 92.5%for the observation group,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.0%,P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group showed remarkable decreases in primary and secondary symptom scores,compared with the control group(P<0.05).Based on follow-up observation,the recurrence rate was 18.9%for the observation group,which was significantly lower than that of the control group(50.0%,P<0.05).Conclusions Fragrant Yunpi decoction combined with infantile tuina therapy can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms of children with anorexia,with characteristics of good effectiveness and a low recurrence rate.
