东京奥运会延期下世界竞技体育强国的应变举措及对我国奥运备战的启示

摘　　要：疫情造成2020年东京奥运会延期,英、美、日等世界竞技体育强国的应变举措具有一些共同的特征:强化财政支援,助力运动员全面复训;核减部门开支,维持体育部门组织活性;预设指导方案,保障运动员健康权益;建立远程服务,持续为运动员提供心理支持。其对我国奥运延期备战工作的启示体现在:运动训练活动有组织开展,加强财政资金的有序拨付;提高运动环境的安全系数,保障运动员生命健康权益;全面提升运动员竞技水平,弥补运动员竞技能力结构短板;严把心理健康关口,稳定运动员竞技能力的持续输出。The Covid Pandemic caused the postponement of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games.The emergency measures taken by Britain,the United States,Japan and other world competitive sports powers have some common characteristics:strengthening financial support to help athletes comprehensively resume training;reducing department expenditure to maintain the organizational activity of sports departments;setting up guidance programs to protect the health rights and interests of athletes;establishing remote services to continuously provide psychological support for athletes.Its enlightenment to the work of Olympic Games postponement preparation in China is as follows:organized sports training activities,strengthening the orderly allocation of financial funds;improving the safety factor of sports environment to protect the rights and interests of athletes′life and health;comprehensively improving the competitive level of athletes to make up for the structural weaknesses of athletes′competitive skills;strictly controlling the psychological health to stabilize the continuous output of athletes′competitive ability.
