摘 要:为了确保五缸钻井泵曲轴的顺利加工,需要对曲轴偏心位粗车加工系统平衡问题进行分析。构建曲轴偏心位粗车加工系统动力学模型,根据理论力学动量定理和动量矩定理建立加工系统平衡方程组,通过模拟加工得到加工参数,确定影响系统平衡的可控因子,进而采用可视化数据处理方法,制订系统辅助配重的最优选装方案,使系统不平衡量最小,实现曲轴偏心位的高效、安全加工。In order to ensure the smooth machining of the crankshaft of the 5-cylinder drilling pump,it is necessary to analyze the balance issue of the rough turning machining system for the crankshaft eccentric position.The dynamic model of the rough turning machining system for the crankshaft eccentric position was constructed,the balance equations of the machining system was established according to the momentum theorem and the momentum moment theorem of the theoretical mechanics,the machining parameters were obtained through the simulation machining,and the controllable factors affecting the system balance were determined.Furthermore,a visual data processing method was adopted to formulate the most optimal installation plan of the auxiliary weight of the system,so as to minimize the unbalance of the system and realize the efficient and safe machining of the crankshaft eccentric position.
