摘　　要：论述了组合式厚壁圆筒热装工艺理论,对组合式厚壁圆筒热装工艺进行了有限元分析。在此基础上,应用响应面方法,对组合式厚壁圆筒的热装工艺参数进行优化,得到适宜的加热温度和过盈量。The shrinkage fit process theory of the combined thick-walled cylinder was discussed,and the finite element analysis was carried out on the shrinkage fit process of the combined thick-walled cylinder.On this basis,the response surface method was used to optimize the shrinkage fit process parameters of the combined thick-walled cylinder to obtain the appropriate heating temperature and shrink range.
