连续法制备2-乙烯基吡啶的放大实验

摘　　要：以2-甲基吡啶和甲醛为原料,磷酸为催化剂,采用一步法连续工艺,对2-乙烯基吡啶的制备进行放大实验,确定的优化反应条件为:n(2-MP)/n(甲醛)=2.5、m(磷酸)/m(2-MP)=0.02、预热温度为210℃、反应温度为250℃、反应时间和压力分别是5min和49±4.9MPa。With 2-methylpyridine and formaldehyde as starting materials,phosphoric acid as the catalyst,through one-step continuous process,the enlarged scale experiment on preparing 2-vinylpyridine was made.Established optimal operation conditions were as follows:n(2-MP):n(formaldehyde)=2.0,m(phosphoric acid):m(2-MP)=0.02,preheating temperature=210℃,reaction temperature=250℃,reaction time=5min,and reaction pressure=50±5kg/cm 2。
