摘　　要：主要介绍洛阳石化催化裂化装置分馏单元APC系统,进行了完善提升前后分馏塔各参数的对比。APC系统连续投用后,使分馏塔的工艺参数操作条件控制更加稳定可靠;实现卡边操作后,使产品质量和生产能力得到提高,因而产生较好的收益。The APC system of fractionating unit in the catalytic cracking unit of Luoyang petrochemical Company was introduced.The parameters of fractionating tower before and after lifting were compared.After continuous application of APC system,the process parameters and operating conditions of fractionator can be controlled more stably and reliably,and the edge sticking operation can be realized,so that the product quality and production capacity can be improved,thus generating better income.
