摘　　要：钱乙的泻黄散与李杲的补脾胃泻阴火升阳汤均是治疗脾胃郁火的名方,通过分析论述二方在病因病机、主要方证、遣方用药原则、现代临床运用等方面的异同,深究二方的深义,从而指导临床运用。Qianyi Xiehuang Powder and LI Gao’s Bupiwei Xieyinhuo Shengyang Decoction are both famous prescriptions for the treatment of spleen and stomach depression fire. By analyzing and discussing the similarities and differences between the two prescriptions in etiology and pathogenesis, main prescriptions and syndromes, principles of prescription and medication, and modern clinical application, the deep meaning of the two prescriptions is studied to guide clinical application.
