苏子降气汤联合医用三氧治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察苏子降气汤联合医用三氧疗法在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期治疗的临床疗效。方法:将80例符合慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期诊断的患者分为观察组(42例)及对照组(38例),对照组采取西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加入苏子降气汤汤剂内服及医用三氧疗法治疗,观察2组患者治疗前及疗程结束后的治疗有效率、肺功能指标、血氧饱和度情况。结果:观察组治疗的有效率为88.10%,高于对照组的71.05%;治疗前2组肺功能、血氧饱和度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),疗程结束后,观察组的FEV1为1.59±0.27L、FVC为3.88±0.73L、FEV1/FVC为68.24±8.96%、MMEF为2.79±0.53L/s,PaO2为88.86±9.12mmHg、PaCO2为40.25±4.98mmHg,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:苏子降气汤联合医用三氧治疗可以有效改善患者的临床症状、提高临床治疗效果,改善肺功能及组织氧供情况。Objective: To study the clinical effect of Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with medical three oxygen therapy on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods: 80 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were divided into observation group(42 cases) and controlled group(38 cases). The controlled group was treated with western medicine. The observation group was treated with Suzi Jiangqi Decoction and medical three oxygen therapy on the basis of the controlled group. The treatment efficiency, lung function index and blood oxygen saturation of the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 88.10%,which was higher than that of the controlled group(71.05%). There was no significant difference in pulmonary function and blood oxygen saturation between the two groups before and after treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, FEV1 was 1.59±0.27 L,FVC was 3.88±0.73 l, FEV1/FVC was 68.24±8.96%,MMEF was 2.79±0.53 l/s, PaO2 was 88.86±9.12 mmhg, PaCO2 was 40.25±4.98 mmhg, which was better than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Suzi Jiangqi Decoction combined with medical three oxygen treatment can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve the clinical treatment effect, improve the lung function and tissue oxygen supply.
