六草清利汤治疗慢性尿路感染临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察六草清利汤对慢性尿路感染的疗效及对中医症状积分、不良反应发生的影响。方法:选取2019年3月~2020年3月慢性尿路感染患者132例,随机分为两组,对照组服用左氧氟沙星治疗,研究组服用六草清利汤治疗。比较两组中医症状积分、中段尿细菌培养情况、临床疗效、IL-8、CRP、血中性粒细胞、血白细胞水平、不良反应。结果:研究组治疗半个月,治疗1个月的中医症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组细菌转阴率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后IL-8、CRP、GRA、WBC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:慢性尿路感染患者服用六草清利汤治疗,体现了中医药治疗的安全性,有显著的抑菌作用,可降低WBC、炎症因子水平,有效改善患者症状体征,疗效满意,具有一定的治疗优势,值得临床应用。Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of Liucao Qingli Decoction for patients with chronic urinary tract infection and its influence on the score of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms and the occurrence of adverse reactions. Methods: A total of 132 patients with chronic urinary tract infection from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The controlled group was treated with Levofloxacin, while the study group was treated with Liucao Qingli Decoction. The two groups were compared in terms of TCM symptom score, middle urinary bacteria culture, clinical efficacy, IL-8,CRP,blood neutrophils, leukocyte levels and adverse reactions. Results: The scores of TCM symptoms in the treatment group for half a month and 1 month were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). After treatment, the bacterial negative conversion rate of the study group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the controlled group(P<0.05). The levels of IL-8,CRP,GRA and WBC in the study group were all lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of chronic urinary tract infection with Liucao Qingli Decoction reflects the safety of traditional Chinese medicine treatment, has significant bacteriostatic effect, can reduce WBC and inflammatory factors, effectively improve the symptoms and signs of patients, the curative effect is satisfactory, has certain therapeutic advantages, and is worthy of clinical application.
