七叶硝矾洗剂与金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗坐浴治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后患者的疗效对比研究

摘　　要：目的:探究七叶硝矾洗剂与金玄痔科熏洗散熏洗坐浴治疗湿热下注型混合痔术后患者的疗效对比。方法:选取2018年1月至2019年6月来我院就诊的湿热下注型混合痔患者124例,随机分成观察组及对照组,各62例,术后对照组采用金玄痔科熏洗散治疗,观察组采用七叶硝矾洗剂治疗,比较治疗后两组患者临床疗效、疼痛消失、水肿消失、创面愈合及住院时间,比较两组患者治疗前、治疗3d、7d后的疼痛评分(VAS)及水肿情况。结果:治疗后,观察组的总有效率为91.94%,高于对照组的77.42%(P<0.05),观察组疼痛消失、水肿消失、创面愈合及住院时间均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗3d、7d后,观察组VAS疼痛评分、水肿情况均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:湿热下注型混合痔患者术后采用七叶硝矾洗剂熏洗坐浴治疗较金玄痔科熏洗散疗效好,能有效镇痛,缓解水肿,缩短患者创面愈合及住院时间。Objective: To explore comparison on curative effect of Qiye Xiaofan Lotion and Jinxuan Washing Powder for hip bath fumigation for patients with mixed hemorrhoids of downward flow of damp-heat after surgery. Methods: A total of 124 patients with mixed hemorrhoids of downward flow of damp-heat who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to June 2019 were enrolled. They were randomly divided into observation group and controlled group, 62 cases in each group. After surgery, the controlled group was treated with Jinxuan Washing Powder, while the observation group was treated with Qiye Xiaofan Lotion. The clinical curative effect, disappearance time of pain and edema, wound healing time and hospitalization time after treatment were compared between the two groups. The scores of visual analogue scale(VAS) and edema before treatment, after 3 d and 7 d of treatment were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, the total response rate in the observation group was higher than that in the controlled group(91.94% vs 77.42%)(P<0.05). The disappearance time of pain and edema, wound healing time and hospitalization time in the observation group were all shorter than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). After 3 d and 7 d of treatment, VAS pain score and edema in the observation group were lower than those in the controlled group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with Jinxuan Washing Powder for hip bath fumigation, the curative effect of Qiye Xiaofan Lotion is better for patients with mixed hemorrhoids of downward flow of damp-heat after surgery, which can effectively alleciate pain, relieve edema, shorten wound healing time and hospitalization time.
