自拟癌痛散外用对骨转移性癌痛缓解及患者治疗依从性的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察自拟癌痛散外用对骨转移性癌痛缓解及患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:45例骨转移性癌痛患者随机分为对照组和观察组;对照组采用癌痛规范化治疗护理措施,而治疗组在对照组的基础上予以自拟癌痛散外敷;观察记录两组患者治疗前及治疗第1、2、3周NRS、Kolcaba及KPS评分;观察记录患者治疗前后疼痛缓解率情况,遵治疗依从性及不良反应。结果:两组患者干预前及干预过程中各时间段NRS、Kolcaba及KPS评分上存在交互作用(P≤0.05);干预方法在NRS、Kolcaba及KPS评分上主效应显著(P≤0.05);干预结束后观察组的疼痛总缓解率及遵医嘱情况优于对照组(P≤0.05);并且两组患者均未发生因药物使用所造成的不良反应发生。结论:护理配合自拟癌痛散外敷对骨转移性癌痛缓解及患者治疗依从性具有较好的作用。Objective: To investigate the effect of Self-made Aitong Powder on pain relief and treatment compliance for patients with bone metastases. Methods: 45 patients with bone metastatic cancer pain were randomly divided into a controlled group and an observation group. The controlled group was given standardized treatment and nursing measures for cancer pain, the treatment group was given external application of Self-made Aitong Powder on the basis of the controlled group. The NRS,Kolcaba and KPS score of the two groups before treatment and 1,2 and 3 weeks of treatment were observed and recorded. The pain relief rate, treatment compliance and adverse reactions were observed and recorded before and after treatment. Results: There was interaction between NRS score, Kolcaba score and KPS score before and during the intervention process of the two groups(P≤0.05). The main effect of intervention method on NRS,Kolcaba and KPS score was significant(P≤0.05). After the intervention, the total pain relief rate and compliance with doctor’s advice in the observation group were better than those in the controlled group(P≤0.05). And there was no occurrence of adverse reactions in both groups caused by drug use occur. Conclusion: Nursing combined with external application of Self-made Aitong Powder has a good effect on relieving bone metastatic cancer pain and patients’ treatment compliance.
