中医眼科玄府理论源流探析

摘　　要：玄府学说源于《黄帝内经》,金·刘完素创新和拓展了玄府的内涵并建立了玄府学说,确立了“目之玄府郁闭”而导致目昧不明的病机观,使眼科玄府理论基本形成。明清医家特别是眼科医家发展了玄府理论,对玄府郁闭所致目病的病机、治法、方药进行了深入拓展和发挥并提出了“目之玄府郁闭”“通光脉道瘀滞”“通明空窍闭塞”等观点,引领内障眼病的理论创新,完成了内障眼病治疗由补向通的思路转变,使中医眼科玄府理论得到快速发展。近代医家陈达夫、庞赞襄、韦文贵等进一步完善了眼科玄府理论,提出了“六经玄府”“目病多郁论”等观点,开创了开玄明目、解郁开玄、疏通玄府等治法;当地医家王明杰、唐由之、廖品正等进一步拓展和完善了中医眼科玄府理论体系,大大拓展了临床应用范围。“玄府郁闭为目病之根,开通玄府为治目之纲”,随着眼科玄府理论研究的不断深入和发展,相信玄府理论指导的眼病研究也会不断增多并更广泛地用于眼科疾病的治疗。Xuanfu theory originated from Huangdi neijing.LIU Wan-su of Jin Dynasty innovated and expanded the content of Xuanfu,established the Xuanfu theory,and established the pathogenesis view of"Xuanfu stagnation of the eyes",which led to blurred vision,and the ophthalmic Xuanfu theory was basically formed.Doctors in Ming and Qing dynasties,especially ophthalmologists,developed Xuanfu theory,further expanded and growth the pathogenesis,treatment and prescription of the eye disease caused by Xuanfu stagnation,and put forward the viewpoints,such as"Xuanfu stagnation of eyes""stagnation of Tongguang Maidao""Tongming Kongqiao occlusion"and so on,which led to the theoretical innovation of internal ophthalmopathy,completed the transformation of the thinking of treating internal ophthalmopathy from tonifying the liver and kidney to relieving Qi stagnation of liver.and and established a relatively perfect theory of internal ophthalmopathy,promoted the rapid development of TCM ophthalmic Xuanfu theory.Modern master CHEN Da-fu,PANG Zan-xiang,WEI Wen-gui and others further put forward the"six meridian are related Xuanfu","Most eye diseases are related to stagnation of Xuanfu"and other views,established new treatment methods of dredging Xuanfu,such as Kaixuan Mingmu,Jieyu Kaixuan and dredging Xuanfu,further perfected the theory of ophthalmic Xuanfu.while contemporary master WANG Ming-jie,TANG Yu-zhi and LIAO Pin-zheng further expanded the theory of ophthalmic Xuanfu,and greatly expanded the scope of clinical application."Xuanfu depression is the root of eye disease,the opening of Xuanfu is the outline of eye treatment".With the continuous development of Xuanfu theory,it is believed that it will be more widely used in the treatment of more eye diseases.
