摘　　要：目的:通过复杂网络方法分析虚证亚健康人群的核心症状和西医核心指标之间的关系。方法:按照健康状态分类方法,筛选亚健康人群属于虚证者1111例,其中气虚证922例,血虚证26例,阴虚证21例,阳虚证24例,津亏证118例,运用复杂网络分析虚证亚健康人群核心症状与西医核心指标之间的网络关系。结果:构建亚健康5种虚证的症状、指标的复杂网络关系图,分析总结亚健康人群5种虚证核心症状、西医核心指标以及症状与指标间的相互关系。结论:运用复杂网络方法可以联合分析虚证亚健康人群中西医多信息特征指标,为中西医结合亚健康诊断提供技术支持。Objective To study the relationship between the core symptoms and indicators of western medicine in the sub-healthy people with deficiency syndrome with the method of complex network analysis.Methods:According to the classification criteria of health status,1111 cases of sub-health status diagnosed with deficiency syndrome were screened,including 922 cases of Qi deficiency syndrome,26 cases of blood deficiency syndrome,21 cases of Yin deficiency syndrome,24 cases of Yang deficiency syndrome,118 cases of fluid dampness syndrome.The complex network analysis method was used to analyze the network relationship between the core symptoms and western medicine indicators in subhealth population with deficiency syndrome.Results:The core symptoms and western medicine indicators of 5 kinds of the deficiency syndrome in the sub-health population and their relationship were analyzed and summarized,and the complex network diagram was established.Conclusion:The complex network analysis method enables us to jointly analyze multiinformation characteristics indicators of TCM and western medicine in people of sub-health status with deficiency syndrome and provides technical support for the diagnosis of sub-health status in integrated TCM and western medicine.
