摘  要:导航星座星间链路是我国首个网络化的星间链路,文章结合导航星座星间链路运行管理的实践,明确了星间链路运行管理的概念、内涵、功能等;从导航星座星间链路运行和管控的特点出发,对运行管理的模式及各模式下的场景进行了精细化设计和定义;分析了导航星座星间链路运行管理模式之间、场景之间的转化关系和转化条件,明确了各种模式下星间链路运行管理的重点内容。通过选取常规服务模式下节点故障处置恢复事件进行分解,证明星间链路的精细化运行管理有力地支持了导航星座的高效稳定运行。此外,基于导航星座星间链路运行管理的经验,提出了星间链路运行管理的一体化、网络化、服务化的发展方向。Navigation constellation inter-satellite link is the first Chinese networked inter-satellite link.Based on the experience of navigation constellation inter-satellite link command-and-control management,this paper clarifies the concept,connotation and function of inter-satellite link command-and-control management.Then,from the perspective of operation and control characteristics of navigation constellation inter-satellite link,the modes of command-and-control management and the scenes of each mode are designed and defined.The transformation relations and conditions of command-and-control management modes and scenes are clarified,and the key points of each command-and-control management mode have been analyzed.The fault node disposal and recovery event in the normal service mode is selected for decomposition,which proves that the fine inter-satellite link command-and-control management supports the efficient and stable operation of navigation constellation.Besides,the trend of integration,networking and servitization of inter-satellite link command-and-control management is demonstrated based on the practical experience of navigation constellation inter-satellite link command-and-control management.
