摘 要:针对蜂窝夹层复合材料航天器结构双侧的脱粘损伤辨识与成像问题,文章提出了单侧激励下的夹层结构超声导波信号溯源解析和脱粘损伤成像算法。经过有限元仿真和试验验证,结果表明:单侧激励下导波的传播机制受波长与厚度比影响显著。随着导波波长的减小,面板中的导波测试信号中将出现由结构内部反射产生的尾波成分,直达波和尾波的信号特征差异可为辨识脱粘损伤内部位置提供依据。在此基础上,通过超声阵列传感器,基于多传感信息融合方法,可准确实现双侧损伤的溯源与成像,研究结果可为航天器蜂窝夹层结构的智能传感方法和健康监测方案设计提供参考。In order to identify and image the dual-side disbonds in satellite honeycomb sandwich composite,a synthetic guided wave interpretation and imaging method is proposed in this paper.According to the finite element method(FEM)simulation and experimental verification,it can be concluded that the propagation of surface emitted Lamb waves is greatly affected by the ratio between the wavelength and the plate thickness.With short wavelength,both direct waves and coda waves can be recorded in the signal.The direct waves and coda waves exhibit a different sensitivity to the dual-sides disbonds,thereby showing the potential for damage identification.Benefiting from transducer array and data fusion technique,the disbond can be imaged with considerable resolution and accuracy.The results verify the efficiency of the proposed method,thereby providing the theoretical basis for designing structural health monitoring(SHM)project and smart sensing method for aerospace equipment.
