摘 要:目的:探讨磁敏感加权成像(SWI)诊断脑内微出血的临床价值。方法:选取2018年8月-2019年8月笔者所在医院收治的84例脑内微出血患者,所有患者均实施SWI扫描及常规MRI序列扫描。比较SWI扫描及常规MRI序列扫描检出情况。结果:T1WI阳性21例,占比25.00%;T2WI阳性23例,占比27.38%;T2液体衰减翻转恢复序列阳性28例,占比33.33%;矢状位T2加权成像阳性32例,占比38.10%;SWI阳性84例,占比100%。SWI检出率高于T1WI、T2WI、T2液体衰减翻转恢复序列、矢状位T2加权成像,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。84例脑内微出血患者中,SWI检出的病灶共168个,多位于基底节区,共68个,占比40.48%;T1WI检出病灶共21个;T2WI检出病灶共32个;T2液体衰减翻转恢复序列检出病灶共35个;矢状位T2加权成像检出病灶共147个。SWI检出病灶数病灶检出率最高,且所有磁共振序列显示基底节区脑内微出血病灶数较多。结论:SWI在诊断脑内微出血中,诊断检出率高于常规MRI序列扫描,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical value of magnetic sensitivity weighted imaging (SWI) in the diagnosis of intracerebral microbleeds.Method:A total of 84 patients with intracerebral microbleeds admitted in our hospital from August 2018 to August 2019 were selected.All patients were scanned with SWI and conventional MRI sequence.The results of SWI scan and conventional MRI sequence scan were compared.Result:A total of 21 cases were positive on T1WI,accounting for 25.00%.23 cases were positive on T2WI,accounting for 27.38%.28 cases were positive on T2 fluid attenuated inversion recovery sequence,accounting for 33.33%.32 cases were positive on sagittal T2 weighted imaging,accounting for 38.10%.84 cases were positive on SWI,accounting for 100%.SWI detection rate was higher than T1WI,T2WI,T2 fluid attenuated inversion recovery sequence,sagittal T2 weighted imaging,the difference were statistically significant (P<0.05).Among the 84 patients with intracerebral microbleeds,168 lesions were detected by SWI,most of which were located in the basal ganglia region,a total of 68 lesions,accounting for 40.48%.There were 21 lesions detected on T1WI.There were 32 lesions detected on T2WI.A total of 35 lesions were detected by T2 fluid attenuated inversion recovery sequence.A total of 147 lesions were detected by sagittal T2 weighted imaging.The number of lesions detected by SWI was the highest,and all magnetic resonance sequences showed that the number of intracerebral microbleeds lesions in the basal ganglia region was high.Conclusion:The detection rate of SWI in the diagnosis of intracerebral microbleeds is higher than that of conventional MRI sequence scan,which is worthy of promotion.
