集束化护理在子宫瘢痕妊娠患者术后的临床应用分析

摘　　要：目的:研究集束化护理在子宫瘢痕妊娠患者术后的临床应用效果。方法:选取2017年12月-2019年4月笔者所在医院收治的子宫瘢痕妊娠患者60例,应用随机数字法将患者分成观察组和对照组,每组30例。对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施集束化护理干预,对比两组患者健康状况调查评分(SF-36)、疼痛数字评分(NRS)、护理效果、满意率和依从性。结果:观察组患者干预后生活质量明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者干预后NRS疼痛评分均较干预前降低(P<0.05);观察组患者术后血β-hCG值明显低于对照组,住院时间和血β-hCG降至正常时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:集束化护理能够有效地提高子宫瘢痕妊娠患者术后生活质量,减轻患者的疼痛,使患者获得更好的护理效果和满意度,具有良好的临床运用价值。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of cluster nursing in patients with scar pregnancy after operation.Method:From December 2017 to April 2019,60 patients with scar pregnancy were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group,30 patients in each group.The control group carried out routine nursing intervention,and the observation group carried out cluster nursing intervention.The health status survey score (SF-36),numerical rating scale (NRS) pain score,nursing effect,satisfaction rate and compliance were recorded and compared between the two groups.Result:The quality of life in the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).The NRS pain score after intervention was lower in both groups than before intervention (P<0.05).The postoperative blood of β-hCG count of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the length of hospitalization and the time of blood count of β-hCG decreased to normal was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P<0.05).The satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with scar pregnancy after operation,cluster nursing can effectively improve the quality of life,reduce the pain,so that patients get better nursing effect and satisfaction,with good clinical application value.
