摘　　要：目的:分析淄博市临淄区2016-2019年4家二级甲等医院、8家乡镇卫生院、12家社区诊所及136家村卫生室心电图远程会诊数据,探讨区域性心电远程会诊中心的运行效果。方法:临淄区4家二级甲等医院、8家乡镇卫生院、12家社区诊所、136家村卫生室分批次逐步构建区域性心电图远程会诊中心,选取2016-2019年临淄区160个心电采集终端的心电远程会诊数据,统计心电远程会诊工作量和异常心电图检出率。结果:2016-2019年的4年间,心电远程会诊工作量分别为4768例、7687例、8606例和11429例,工作量逐年增加;每月心电远程会诊工作量逐年增加,异常心电图检出率为61.61%,年检出率两两比较差异无统计学意义。结论:建立区域性心电远程会诊中心能够充分利用大医院优质资源,提高心电检测水平,更好地服务于区域内心血管病患者。Objective:To analyze the telemedicine data of electrocardiograph(ECG)of 4 second-level grade–A hospital,8 township health centers,12 community clinics and 136 village clinics in Linzi District from 2016 to 2019,and explore the operation effect of regional remote ECG consultation center.Methods:Regional remote ECG consultation centers were gradually constructed in batches by 4 second-level grade–A hospitals,8 township health centers,12 community clinics and 136 village clinics in Linzi District.The ECG remote consultation data of 160 ECG acquisition terminals in Linzi District from 2016 to 2019 were selected.And the workload of ECG remote consultation and the detection rate of abnormal ECG were further calculated by statistics method.Results:From 2016 to 2019,the workload of ECG remote consultation was 4768 cases,7687 cases,8606 cases and 11,429 cases respectively in 4 years,and that increased year by year.And monthly workload of ECG remote consultation increased year by year.The detection rate of abnormal ECG was 61.61%.There was no statistical significance in the pairwise comparison of annual detection rate.Conclusion:The establishment of regional remote ECG consultation center can make full use of the high quality resources of large hospitals,and improve the level of ECG detection,and better serve the regional patients with cardiovascular diseases.
