摘 要:目的:采用双源CT双能量扫描,探讨正常肝脏及脂肪肝肝实质碘含量及能谱曲线特征。方法:选取133例非肝脏器质性病变患者及32例脂肪肝患者行双源CT双能量增强扫描,将扫描获得的数据上传至工作站进行后处理及分析,测量肝脏、腹主动脉含碘值,并计算标化含碘值(NIC)及能谱曲线斜率。结果:正常肝脏在门脉期的NIC值及能谱曲线斜率分别为(0.44±0.06)和(1.44±0.25),脂肪肝NIC值及能谱曲线斜率分别为(0.38±0.05)和(1.16±0.15)。正常肝脏与脂肪肝肝实质的NIC值和能谱曲线斜率比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.233,t=6.07;P<0.05)。结论:脂肪肝背景对正常肝脏的碘含量及能谱曲线有明显影响。Objective:To explore iodine content of liver parenchyma and the characteristics of spectrum curve in normal liver and fatty liver by using dual-source computed tomography(CT)dual-energy.Methods:133 patients without organic lesion of liver and 32 patients with fatty liver were selected,in our hospital and all of them underwent enhancement scan of dual-source CT dual-energy.The data obtained from the scan were uploaded to the workstation for further post-processing and analysis.The iodine concentrations of liver and abdominal aorta were measured,and the normalized iodine concentration(NIC)and the slope of spectrum curve were calculated.Results:The NIC value and the slope of spectrum curve of normal liver in portal venous phase were(0.44±0.06)and(1.44±0.25),respectively.And those of fatty liver were(0.38±0.05)and(1.16±0.15),respectively.The differences of NIC value and slope between normal liver and fatty liver were significant(t=5.233,t=6.07,P<0.05).Conclusion:The background of fatty liver has obvious influence on the iodine content and spectrum curve of normal liver.
