摘　　要：目的:分析我国腹腔镜术后肩痛护理研究领域发文情况和研究焦点以及该领域的研究趋势,为护理人员开展腹腔镜术后肩痛护理干预和研究提供参考。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)数据库中,以“腹腔镜”和“肩痛”或“肩疼”为检索主题词,时间设置为建库至2020年3月25日,应用CiteSpace软件对检索到的文献进行关键词、作者合著及发文建构情况进行可视化分析。结果:检索去重后的220篇文献,分析其发文量呈现2次高峰,但总体发文量较少。作者合著较少,仅有10人发文≥3篇;10家机构发文≥2篇。研究焦点为发现分析疼痛原因阶段、循证护理阶段和综合护理干预阶段。近10年研究前沿主要集中在通过综合护理干预提升护理质量。结论:综合护理干预是缓解腹腔镜术后肩痛的一种有效方法,在医疗模式转变、社会经济发展的背景下,未来应关注该领域的前沿研究,并在已有的基础上展开进一步探索,以改善术后并发症情况,提升患者治疗体验。Objective:To analyze the publication situation and research focus of the research field of shoulder pain nursing after laparoscopic surgery in my country,as well as the research trend in this field,and to provide reference for nursing staff to carry out nursing intervention and research for shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery.Methods:In the CNKI database,"laparoscopic"and"shoulder pain"werethe search subject terms,and the time was set from the construction of the database until March 25,2020.The CiteSpace visualization software was used to visually analyzethe key words,author's co-authoring and the construction of published articles in the retrieved documents.Results:After retrieving the 220 documents obtained after deduplication,the amount of published articles showed two peaks,but the amount of published articleswas relatively small.The authors have few co-authors,only 10 people have published≥3 articles;10 institutions have published≥2 articles.The focus of the research are:discovery and analysis of the cause of pain,evidence-based nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention.The frontiers of research in the past 10 years have mainly focused on improving the quality of care through comprehensive nursing interventions.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention is an effective way to relieve shoulder pain after laparoscopic surgery.In the context of medical model changes and socio-economic development,we should pay attention to the research hotspots and frontiers in this field in the future,and further explore on existingbasis to improve postoperative complications and enhance patient treatment experience.
