摘　　要：目的:探讨医疗机构医用耗材效期管理,以减少近效期耗材的在库数量及发生率,保障临床医用耗材使用安全。方法:选取2019年1-12月每月上报的近效期耗材品规数量和在库的耗材总数量,其中1-6月采用传统医用耗材管理模式,7-12月采用医用耗材效期管理模式。记录医院2019年1-12月医用耗材的采购验收入库环节、申领发放使用环节和监督管理环节的干预和处理数据,对比分析两种管理方式平均近效期品规数量及发生率。结果:2019年1-6月平均近效期耗材的品规数及发生率分别为(21.00±5.51)件和(3.60±1.03)%;同年7-12月分别为(12.17±6.77)件和(1.78±1.02)%,两者平均近效期耗材的品规数及发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(t=2.479,t=3.068;P<0.05)。结论:通过健全的信息系统辅助,采用合适的管理模式,可有效减少医疗机构医用耗材近效期在库数量和发生率,保障医疗质量和安全。Objective:To explore the management mode of medical consumables validity period in medical institutions to reduce the number and incidence of consumables near the expiration date and ensure the safety of clinical medical consumables.Methods:The number of consumables with near the expiration date and the total number of consumables in the warehouse reported every month from January to December 2019 were selected.The traditional management model of medical consumables was adopted from January to June,and the validity management model was adopted from July to December.The intervention and processing data of the hospital's procurement and inspection,application and distribution,supervision and management of medical consumables from January to December 2019 in the warehouse was recorded.The average number and incidence of the near-term medical consumables between the two management modes were compared and analyzed.Results:From January to June 2019,the average number and incidence of near-term consumables were(21.00±5.51)and(3.60±1.03)%respectively;from July to December,the average quantity and incidence were(12.17±6.77)and(1.78±1.02)%respectively.Compared the results of these two periods,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.479,t=3.068,P<0.05).Conclusion:With the aid of a sound information system and the adoption of a suitable management model,the number and incidence of the near-term consumables of medical institutions can be effectively reduced,and medical quality and safety can be guaranteed.
