摘　　要：分析Clinac iX型医用直线加速器MOD联锁的发生原因,检查高压脉冲形成网络(PFN)放电电路,同时发现高压脉冲电缆漏电或速调管灯丝局部短路,均会引发MOD联锁,为此针对性地进行检修,使相关故障得到解决。Analyzed the causes of the MOD interlock of Clinac iX linear accelerator,inspectchecked the high-voltage pulse forming network(PFN)discharge circuit,and found that the leakage of the high voltage pulse cable leakage or the partial short circuit of klystron filament would cause the MOD interlock.The targeted maitenancemaintenance was carried out,and related faults were resolved,which providesd reference for maintenance personnel to repair similar equipment.
