乳腺癌合并糖尿病应用紫杉醇脂质体药物化疗的护理探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者应用紫杉醇脂质体药物化疗期间的护理干预措施。方法:随机选取我院2018年1月~2020年1月期间接收的64例乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者作为本次探讨对象,根据电脑随机数字表法进行分组护理,将所有患者平均分成对照组和观察组各32例,两组患者均采用紫杉醇脂质体药物进行化疗治疗,治疗期间给予对照组患者常规护理配合,观察组患者则添加综合护理干预,将最终观察与对照两组患者化疗期间的护理效果进行详细记录对比。结果:对比结果显示,观察组通过采用综合护理干预后,患者的焦虑抑郁情绪均得到显著改善,患者癌痛程度明显减轻,治疗依从性明显增强,患者血糖水平控制良好,化疗不良反应发生率明显降低,其各项指标结果同对照组相比已具备显著优势,两组数据差异显著统计学意义存在(P<0.05),结论:对乳腺癌合并糖尿病患者化疗期间运用综合护理干预,能够有效提高临床护理质量,帮助患者改善不良心理状态,减轻患者癌痛程度,从而增强患者的治疗依从性,减少化疗反应发生,最终使患者的化疗效果得到显著提高,从而帮助患者提高生存质量。Objective:To explore the nursing intervention measures for breast cancer patients complicated with diabetes during chemotherapy with paclitaxel liposome drugs.Methods:Randomly selected from our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 received during the period of 64 breast cancer patients with diabetes mellitus as the research object,according to the computer random number table method to group nursing,all patients with an average of all 32 cases were divided into control group and observation group,two groups of patients were treated with paclitaxel liposome drugs,during treatment to the control group patients with routine nursing care,observation group of patients is to add the comprehensive nursing intervention,will eventually observation and comparison of two groups of patients during chemotherapy nursing effect compared detailed records.Results:The comparison results show that the observation group through the adoption of comprehensive nursing intervention,patients with anxiety depression were significantly improved,significantly reduce pain patients,treatment adherence enhanced obviously,patients with blood sugar levels under control,significantly lower incidence of adverse reaction of chemotherapy,its each index results compared with control group has significant advantages,significant difference was found in two groups of data exist statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In breast cancer patients with diabetes mellitus use comprehensive nursing intervention during chemotherapy,can effectively improve the quality of clinical care,help patients to improve adverse psychological state,reducing patient pain degree,thereby enhancing the treatment of patients with compliance,reduce chemotherapy reaction,eventually results in better effect of chemotherapy in patients with,to help patients improve the quality of survival.
