摘　　要：该文分析了"四唯"束缚下的国家奖学金评定过程,指出了其中存在的问题,提出了相应的解决办法。在目前破"四唯"的大环境下,从学校建立评定机制、院系建立评价体系、研究生导师作用的发挥、国家奖学金的后期效应等方面,阐述解决国家奖学金评定问题的对策。This paper analyzes the evaluation process of national scholarships under the constraints of the"four sole criterions",points out the problems,and proposes corresponding solutions.In the current environment of breaking the"four sole criterions",the solution to the evaluation of national scholarships will be elaborated from the establishment of an evaluation mechanism by the university,the establishment of an evaluation system by the college,the role of graduate tutors,and the later effects of national scholarships.
