摘　　要："一带一路"倡议的提出为推动各领域、各行业发展发挥了重要作用,也对法律人才培养提出了新的标准和更为严格的要求。在此背景下,构建适应人才市场需求的国际化应用型法学人才培养新模式迫在眉睫。该文将围绕"一带一路"倡议下国际化应用型法学人才培养中国际法学课程教学体系的现状、存在的困难与障碍、解决方案,构建培养服务于"一带一路"倡议的国际化应用性法学人才的国际法学课程教学体系。The"Belt and Road"initiative has played an important role in promoting the development of various fields and industries,and has also put forward new standards and stricter requirements for the training of legal talents.In this context,it is urgent to build a new training model of international applied legal talents that meets the needs of the talent market.This paper will focus on the status quo,difficulties and obstacles and solutions of the teaching system of the international law course in the training of international applied legal talents under the"Belt and Road"initiative,in order to build a teaching system of the international law course for the training of international applied legal talents serving the"Belt and Road"initiative.
